2024 FDA Medical Device User Fees

Well its that time of year again where you have to budget for the 2024 FDA Establishment Registration Fee. The fee for 2024 is $7,653.00. Starting October 1, 2023 you have to ante up the fee if you want to continue selling your device in the US. You have until December 31, 2024 to pay the fee.

The FDA also listed the application fees for 2024 submissions.
